Invoice:
Consulting will be invoiced per started half hour according to the rates below.
The company reserves its right to charge special rate for transport and work outside of
normal business hours.
Consulting is invoiced on a monthly basis.
Other articles/services are invoiced at delivery.
Payment:
Consulting: 28 days from date of invoice unless otherwise stated on this.
Other articles/services (hardware, software): 8 days from date of invoice unless otherwise
stated on this.
Payment per check to the company address or transferal to bank or giro account listed below.

Rates:
Consulting fee is as of October 1st 1998 DKK 600,- per hour ex. Danish V.A.T..
Guaranties:
For articles delivered from third party, their warranty applies, and otherwise usual
Danish legislation.
We offer no additional warranty on consulting services.
Holtved Consult accepts no liability for loss of data, loss of business, profit or work
hours.
